When I first met Tanya I recall thinking, there’s something different about her. She cares not only about your physical well-being but about your soul. I wanted to work with someone like that. She helped me make the connection between being mindful and being successful with the physical changes I wanted. Tanya always stresses to focus on the choices in front of you, whether it’s working out in ways you love or deciding your next meal. Changes happen every single day when you are mindful and stay present.
As a Self-Care Coach, Tanya believes that you, the student, are whole and complete, resourceful and creative. She has provided me with support, insight, tools and strategies to help me to access inner wisdom and outer strength. She helped me recognize what was holding me back and how to move beyond it.
Since working with Tanya over the past 3 years she has helped me come to terms with my struggles of food addiction; She has taught me that consistency is the key to success and if you f.a.i.l (first attempt in learning) then it should give you more clarity on what does not work for you.
