I came to Tanya because I struggled with food obsession and overeating. I was so frustrated, and was looking for some way to heal myself in this area.
I worked with Tanya for about 3 months and made a lot of progress. Based on the insights and tools she provided to me, I have been able to make changes to my approach to eating, and to life. Many of my issues resulted from stress and lack of balance; Tanya provided many tangible tools which were easy to implement and have been producing great results. My two favorite tools are the daily journaling and the accountability calendar. My accountability calendar reminds me each day which mini-goals I am trying to hit that week, and helps me to see my cumulative progress.
I can see the positive results – in my weight, my eating habits, and my outlook. I have done a lot of introspection and self-work, and although it is an ongoing process, I am very different from the “pre-Tanya” Jenny [Symbol] I am more in tune with what I want in the long run, and what it will take to get me there. I am more aware of what is really important, and what I am grateful for. I have almost fully eliminated my negative self-talk (which was a big issue when I started), and my improved relationship with myself makes me feel more confident, and happier.
I enjoyed every minute I spent with Tanya; and even now, between programs, we regularly communicate. She is an amazing, insightful, caring and loving individual. I looked forward to our meetings so very much, and I learned an incredible amount. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to become the best version of themselves.
