Motivation is the key to everything we do in life, especially when it comes to our health and fitness. We have to find it in ourselves to bring it out but every once in a while, there are individuals who play a major role in the process.
Tanya Silva has the unique ability to motivate, inspire and hold you accountable. This is a quality that is not easily achieved in our lives. Tanya has worked with my wife Marissa over the past year and the results have been fantastic. As for myself, seeing the results, and most importantly, the attitude of my wife change, motivated me to seek out Tanya’s guidance. She changed the way I think about not only fitness, but about the choices I choose to make and how they affect my body.
