December 4th, 2007Cleaning & Organizing
I’ve been slightly busy trying to organize everything in the apartment. There is so much junk that needs to be thrown out or given to the amity. With three large sofas and a bunch of baby stuff, it seems that my living room is overcrowded. I think I need a bigger place.
In the midst of cleaning up things today, I got my picture taken by my hubby (no I’m not married but we are common-law). There is the photo off to the side. Man…I look pretty sexy there. Don’t you think?? Hahaha…you would never of guess I’ve been cleaning up for the past few hours and taking care of my baby. Well a girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do.
Alright, gotta go back and finishing the cleaning. Next to tackle is the bathroom.

Hi my name is Tanya. I am currently 19 years old. I was born in Canada but have a Portuguese heritage. Sorry guys, I'm taken by the most wonderful guy in the world. xoxo

You’re beautiful. Wish I looked like that on a good day
Just curious why you’re common law, since you mentioned it. Do you think it would be better for the little one to be legally married?
You don’t have to answer, of course.
Best wishes!

Common law… I thought that didn’t really exist?

To answer your question Tee, we are common law because we can’t financially afford a wedding right now. Plus, with the birth of our son, it’s just been too much to do and that’s been put on the outskirts right now. One day we will get married but right now it’s a no.
“Do you think it would be better for the little one to be legally married?”
I don’t think you have to be married for a baby to be content. All you need is family that loves him and cares for him by any means possible. All a wedding is, is a commitment in the eyes of God. It doesn’t define who we are as parents or how we decide to bring up our child in this world with all the love and respect he deserves.
I am Catholic and do believe in getting married. Our time will come but it’s not right now.
