Have you ever wanted to make your own logo design or design you own business card for your business or profession?

Well, good news!! You can and it’s sooooo easy thanks to Logoyes.com. I recently tried out their free demo on their website. You can too!!

I found this demo extremely helpful especially if I were seriously looking to design a logo and business card if I had a business in my real life.

So for the demo purposes, I just put “Tanya’s Baby Toys”. Yes…that’s all that’s on my mind these days especially with having my two month old son. LOL!

Anyways, I did take some screenshots of how easy it was to create a logo and design a business card. The first image you see below is the main screen of the demo. You must first choose a category from which you would like to find a logo from. I decided to click on “Flair”.

The image below is the new screen. Now you have to choose another category from an industry of your choice. For the demo purposes, I chose “Crafts + Hobbies”.

On the next screen, you can to go through page after page of gorgeous logos that you want to use. There were A LOT to choose from which is great!! I ended up picking the teddy bear.

The next screen is where you can add in your company title and even an optional message below it. I decided to just put a company title of “Tanya’s Baby Toys”. You also got to pick from a variety of different fonts that were available.

This next screen is where things got really interesting. You can rotate, flip, resize, zoom, and even change the colour of your logo. I decided to enlarge the teddy bear because it was too small for me.

As you can see below, I decided to change the colour of the font I was using for the company name. I changed it to green.

This is the business card I ended up creating at the end. Of course I left the company information as the default because this is a fictional company I made for demo purposes. Don’t you love it???

This entire process took a mere 5 minutes!! That’s all!! It was really quick and easy!! There were so many design decisions you could make which made this even more personal in how you wanted it to turn up.

I can honestly say that I’m totally in love with this site. If I ever own a business in the future, I’m sure I’ll make my own logo and business card through Logoyes.com. It really was that simple and so easy to do that even someone not too experienced with designing could make the perfect business card!!

Whenever I go shopping at the stores, I always happen to end up looking at the office desks and furniture section of the store.

Don’t ask me why, I have no clue and it’s not like I need a new one…I just end up doing so.

Another section I always go and check out is the baby section. Obviously you all know why I check out that section. If you don’t, it’s because I have a two month old son. So I’m always picking up things I need like diapers, wipes, shampoo, etc.

The rest of the sections in the store, I don’t visit much unless I need something from there. My trips to the mall are usually quick. LOL!

My hubby is looking for a new watch. He’s sooo wants a Rolix, but come on let’s get real. We don’t have THAT much money to spend on a silly watch.

That’s why I have convinced him to look elsewhere. He’s starting to really like the look and feel of some FP Jorne watches he saw the other day.

Some of them look really cool with other gadgets attached, but I think he’s just looking for a regular one where you just have the time.

So we’ll probably be looking around this whole week for the watch. He needs a new one to keep track of the time especially when at work. Is last one somehow fell off and he lost it. Silly, silly, hubby.

A few years ago when I was attending high school as a full time student, we had these mini classes where you could find out what career you actually wanted to go with.

During one exercise, we had to answer questions and then it would displays the top career results for you. Most of mine dealt with the medical profession. I even had one as a Lab technician. Now that would be cool to have Laboratory Furniture like the ones from FormASpace.com. They look absolutely gorgeous and remind me of the furniture you see on hit tvs shows like CSI: Las Vegas.

However, I don’t think I want to work in a lab. I actually want to be a registered nurse. I haven’t gone to college for it yet, but I hope so once I get my high school diploma done and over with. I can’t wait to hurry up and finish the last few credits I need.

I can’t wait until I get my own house. Of course any girl would dream of owning her very own where she can raise her family comfortably.

One thing I would love to have is something that will heat up any room. What am I talking about? I’m talking about something like these gas wall heaters from Desa. They aren’t too expensive and actually look really stylish. There are many different styles too which is wonderful because everyone has different tastes. I wouldn’t mind getting one of those.

I’d definitely ask family members to get it for me as a house warming gift. But then again, I need to get my own house first. I have to save, save, save…but that’s a problem right now because there isn’t much to save.

Oh well…it’ll come in the future. I know it will!!

I’m totally getting into the holiday spirit now. I’ve been working on putting up the decorations and the tree in my apartment. It looks lovely! I’ll have to take a picture and show you all later.

This weekend I’m finally going to start my Christmas shopping. I’ve been waiting for some cash to come in, which it has, so I can finally get gifts for my family and close friends.

It should be exciting since I get to buy something for Marquis‘ 1st Christmas!! Awww…I can’t believe it…it’s his first!! Haha

I can just imagine what it’ll be like when I celebrate his 1st birthday next year. Now that should be really fun!!

The Christmas season is around the corner. I’m not too sure what I want to get for everyone close to me. I do know that I will be sending flowers to my mother’s cousin who is also her godmother. She currently lives in Portugal.

I have yet to meet her but we always exchange Christmas gifts via the mail. It’s great because she sends some really amazing things for us. I thought of sending her flowers this year because she absolutely adores them. My mom also talks about a huge greenhouse that she has out back behind her house. She loves these things!!

Eek…it’s the middle of October already!! Can you believe it?? I can’t…geeze…the days are coming now and it seems November is just around the corner.

I’ve been getting some last minute things before the arrival of the baby. I just bought this car seat/carrier at Wal-Mart today. It’s so cute! It’s going to take me a little while to read through the instruction manual and go through all the safety information. I want my child to be safe at all times!!
