February 29th, 2008Cool products on tv!

I absolutely love products that I see on tv. Some of them are super cool like this clapper plus. How sweet is it that all you have to do is clap your hands to make appliances or lights go on and off?? That is too cool in my opinion!!

When I was younger, my parents always bought things on the shopping channel that they thought were awesome. Many of them worked just as they said but others were a disappointment.

Have you ever bought anything that you saw on tv?

I love going to the theaters…not only because of watching a new movie that hit the big screen, but I also like seeing the original movie posters they have hanging outside for upcoming films. Some of them have the best effects ever!!

There was some movie, I forget the name…but I think it’s Cloverfield or something along those lines. I want to see that movie asap. It looks soooo friggin good!! Who knows, maybe this weekend would be nice but I kind of doubt that because my hubby and I are going to a car lot to buy a new car. Plus, we’ll have Marquis for half the week starting tomorrow, so I doubt there will be time.

Oh well…there’s always next week too.

If you all haven’t heard about USA Network’s Burn Notice, then listen up. It premiers on Thursday June 28, at 10/9C.

Here is my fictional story about how Michael Weston gets burned (fired).

Michael Weston is on mission to locate a spy who has been leaking information to the wrong sources. He starts off by listening to the briefing that the head CIA chief announced. He soon learns that their is a rat in the bunch.

Michael is given files of certain spies who may or may not have leaked the information. He starts investigating them and watching their every move. Nothing seems suspicious with these spies and no one has leaked information. Just as Michael was watching someone, another spy taps him on the should.

“You’re looking for the rat, aren’t you?”
“Yeah, but none of these people seem suspicious,” Michael answered.

“That’s because they aren’t. Look, I have valuable information but I need help to prove it.”

“I’m listening.” Michael answers.

“I have reason to believe that the rat is not one of us, but the section leader of our department. I’ve been following him for awhile now. I just haven’t had the concrete evidence.”

Michael agrees to help this spy expose the section leader. In the mist of it all, he gets caught spying on the leader. He confronts him and says that he is the rat. The section leader is furious as this was completely false and he knew people were targeting him. He ends up firing Michael for following such accusations.

Who was the rat? The other agent who wanted to turn the tables on the section leader.

Make sure you turn into Burn Notice!! It’s going to be one hell of a show!

May 22nd, 2007The “Bug” Movie

I love going out to the theaters and watching new movies that come out. One movie that I can’t wait to come out is this one called “Bug”. It presented by Lionsgate Films and features Ashley Judd (starred in movies like “Where The Heart Is”, “Double Jeopardy”, “Simon Birch”.

The plotline for this bug movie is about a paranoid war veteran who sees insects everywhere and holes up with a lonely woman in a spooky Oklahoma motel room. It seems to be very creepy in my opinion which is why I definitely want to check out the movie when it comes out on Friday May 25, 2007.

Just by looking at the bug movie posters gives me the creeps. Did you read the tagline “First they send in their drone… then they find their queen.” I wonder who they are going to pick for their queen. Something tells me the character Ashley Judd plays. Well, we’ll find out when it comes out this week.

Here’s the trailer for the movie below. It gives me the goosebumps everytime I watch it. Click on the play button to watch it.

See what I mean? Creepy!! Now I just need to call up some of my friends to see who wants to see this bug movie with me. I’m definitely not going to see it alone. LOL!
