My dad always goes on and on about the benefits of drinking a glass of wine daily. He says there are things like Resveratrol that can potential help protect against cancer in the future.
I know there are many studies and research out there with the benefits of natural food from our earth, so I guess wine counts because it’s from grapes. I don’t know. I won’t be drinking wine everyday. In fact, I’m not a big fan of it right now. I guess you enjoy it more when you get a bit older.
Yup…I guess that’s what you can call me. I’m been eating anything and everything that I come across. I guess it’s just something that’s change within me as a result of my pregnancy. Obviously I know I now eat for two people. I didn’t know I’d have all these cravings though.
One minute I was fruits, the next I want ice cream. Ten minutes later I was sea food. It’s crazy!! I’ll be looking forward to having less cravings once I’m done the pregnancy. 
I’m not much of a drinker…well now anyways because I’m pregnant. I wouldn’t even think about drinking until way after my baby is born. I wouldn’t take my chances on what could potentially happen with excessive drinking while being pregnant. No way! LOL!
