Since I was always determined to play volleyball at a division I or II level I wanted to be in the best shape possible to complete my mission. I did not only want to accomplish my goal of going to college to play the sport I love most, but to look more fit, have a positive mindset, and especially be surrounded by people who inspired me to continue what I do best.
Before working with Tanya I saw my life in a different perspective than how I live today. I carried a negative mindset that did not allow me to be myself. I worked out whenever I felt like it and never stayed on schedule which threw my body weight off completely. I over ate when I was upset to comfort myself and since my mindset was not where I wanted it to be, I did not believe that hard work payed off.
There are so many benefits from working with Tanya! One benefit I got out of working with Tanya is the fact that she is so inspiring, talented, motivated, and wanted the best for me.
These results of working with Tanya have affected my life in many ways. I now think in a positive mindset which allows me to only accomplish everything I want and desire. I have a healthier eating schedule which allows me to feel great about myself and limit foods that make me feel bad. I am also much stronger in volleyball and the same weight but a healthier body percentage which is one thing I wanted to accomplish! And to top it off, I have gained an amazing friendship, from an amazing person who greatly cares about me and is a true role model to many people.
