Before working with Tanya, I struggled with listening to my body and eating certain things that did not make me feel good. I have a very sensitive stomach so not only do I want to make healthy choices, but I have to make choices that resonate with my body and how I digest certain foods.
I worked with Tanya for about 7 months. The results have stayed with me ever since. Everything that Tanya stands for is true and realistic. She taught me how to make yummy, healthy choices so that I can still enjoy all the things I love! Example: Making healthy cookies, healthy peanut butter cups, different kinds of smoothie bowls.
Because of the work I’ve done with Tanya, I’ve become more diverse in my meal planning and the decisions I make when it comes to the physical activity I do. I now choose things that I enjoy, and not just view exercise and eating healthy as “work.”
