My name is Tanya Silva and I'm a Self-Care Relationship Coach. I teach women “how to” have a healthy relationship with Food, Exercise & overall Self-Image so that they can FINALLY Look, Feel & Be the Best-Version-of-Themselves.
Knowing how many people (including myself) have been defeated by the weight-loss industry, I set out on a mission to discover solutions to my tormented self-imprisonment.
My initial goal was to rescue myself from self-destructive thoughts, habits & behaviors that no longer served me, because honestly, I was a 60lb overweight food addict with severe binge eating disorders and my self-worth was at an all time low.
I tried every new diet available on the market, (in desperate hope that this one was "the one”), but it wasn't until after 11 years of constant frustration, disappointment and failures that I finally unlocked the true secret to releasing the undesired weight... which actually isn't a secret at all…
Believe it or not, there was a point in my life when I put my entire happiness on stand still. I told myself I didn’t deserve to be happy or loved because I was fat and disgusting. I was the meanest person I knew. And I knew some pretty mean people.
Finally I realized that my self-imprisonment wasn’t a results of my body, it was a dis-ease of my mind. And if I truly wanted to heal my body, I had to heal my mind first.
The truth is, we all know what to do. I'm not about to teach you something you don't already know. What I am here to do is provide you with the RIGHT tools to help you release all that's blocking you from FINALLY getting to where you wanna be with your body.

Fun Facts: Born & raised in sunny South Florida, I grew up an athlete and played 9 years of Travel Ice Hockey. I’ve competed in 2 Bikini competitions. I collect fun tea mugs when I travel and I love good quality dark chocolate (I eat it everyday:). I LOVE…LAUGHING, Hip hop & salsa dancing, hot yoga, working out in the gym, rollerblading along the beach, music of most types, writing and creating, learning and teaching, watching animated movies, wall stickers, inspirational quoted soy candles, cooking and sharing healthy recipes, engaging in enlightening conversations and taking naps by the beach/pool:)
